With the wide use of internet, the rapid development of information technology widens a new space for human beings to live, act and develop, and enlarges people's communication field. The internet not only brings an up to date revolution to the social economy, but also brings about a strong shock to traditional culture and make it a complete change for the way in culture carrying and spreading.China was first connected to the internet in 1994. Up to the end of last year, Chinese people hiking on the net amounted to 111 million. Net-literature comes into being only for 10 years, however, it has shocked and refreshed the literature area with its speciality of aliveness, activity, freedom and briefness. Net-literature has become one of the most popular studies on the current literature that is shown by original works on all kinds of literal website and larger and larger amount of net-literature works published, heated discussion about concept, content, style, speciality, prospector, and etc.. Applied Bahekin's Revelry theory, a famous theoretician of precious Soviet Union, and combined with the analysis to net-literature works, the present paper analyses the revelried feature of the net-literature on the following aspects:I. To point out that the appearance of internet widened the space for literature development, inspired the active art from the bottom society, which shows the coming for a revelried net-literature time from the angle of a revolutionary change in the way of media and spreading.II. After analysesing the reasons and background on technology, human environment, public psychology and market wanting, the author summarizes the concept of net-literature and puts forward net-literature as: literal works created by joining the video media and net together; electrified tradition writings and put onto the net;...
