Records of the Historian and HanShu are two important historical records of Chinese history, which are not only treasure house of our language and culture, but also splendid words of the history of literature. Records of the Historian and HanShu recorded the people and things of the Han Dynasty and before the Han Dynasty. Records of the Historian is the first comprehensive history and history presented in a series of biographies of China.Its'content is very abundant and extensive, besides the people and things, so it is regarded as the valuable encyclopaedia of ancient.Records of the History is the treasure-house of Chinese literary too, it is wellknown that it's concise fluent and natural and there is important effect. Meanwhile it is important object by linguists. HanShu of BanGu learened the language pattern. After this, many biographies did so.Records of the History is the treasure-house of the language from the ancient to now.Many linguists learned and studied it.Records of the History started the HuagnDi, ended early time of the HanWuDi, it summed up the ancient history of three thousand years of China .The theme of HanShu followed Records of the History and slightly changed, for example, changed "Shu" to "Zhi", got rid of "ShiJia" then merged it into "Zhuan",which made the theme of history presented in a series of biographies neat and HanShu consisted of Ji,Biao,Zhi, Zhuan.HanShu is composed of twelve Ji, eight Biao ,ten Zhi, seventy LieZhuan,in all one handred pieces.Records of the History and Hanshu have themselves'cherecters,the former liked to use the syings and wors of that time,but the later used ancient words more.About the sentences,the later often delete and change the words of the former,which made the meanings of the sentences unclear sometimes.This paper contrasts the related parts of two books though textual criticism, exegetics, phonology, briefly analyses different words(the different editors of the same book or the different words that the different books recorded the same events are named Yiwen.), sentences and grammars of two books, meanwhile provides with some useful proof to compile the dictionary and study the grarmner and so on.This paper divides into three parts, the first part is the foreword, briefly introducts why to choose and study these books, brings forth new ideas of this paper...
