Research On Oral English Learning For High-tech Professional College Students

One of the serious problems in oral English teaching in high-tech professional colleges in China is the poor English-speaking performance among the majority of students. The enhancement of the students' English-speaking ability is still a weak point in English teaching in these colleges. The result is that the students can hardly express their ideas in English even after several years of English study in the colleges. This phenomenon reveals, at least to a certain degree, that the current English teaching method hasn't met the demand of the ultimate goal of high-tech professional college education.
