Study On Problems And Strategies Of Staff's Professional Morality In Chongqing Power Industry

This paper focuses on studying staff professional morality of Chongqing Electric Power Corporation. Professional morality is the code of conduct which is formed when people undertake certain work and are engaged in certain laboring. It involves relationships between staff and service objects, staff and profession, as well as the relationship among professions. As the foundamental industry in Chongqing, to enhance professional morality in Chongqing power industry is a demand for the requirement of building "staff" . It is also a need in term of promoting the level of social service and building good social reputation. What's more, to enhance professional morality is a crucial way to improve people's comprehensive quality.The author analyzes the cause of professional morality both by external social factors and internal deficiency of Chonghqing Power Corporation.
