Based on the theories and strategies of analytic anthropology, this thesis trys to find out its application in the area of musical anthropology. This thesis introduces Uygur's famous singer——Rebia, including her social and cultural background of her childhood, her acquisition of Uygur's traditional music, her vocal music education of our country's development of national minority, and also her art approach to the folk singing. It describes personal experience and action under special cultural circumstances, the understanding about the relevant individual and community, society and history, culture and politics and so on.The thesis consists of four parts. The first one is Rebia's initiate period of singing. It depicts Uygur's undeveloped economy, turbulent politics at the time. While Uygur people preserved their beliefs and custom of Islamism. They were good at singing and dancing. The direct origins of Rebia's acquisition of Uygur's traditional music were her parents, friends and the folk singer. During Rebia's childhood, she had natural and unskillful singing. The second part is talking about Rebia's taking advantages of other singing skills. It describes the policy of national autonomy; the policy of developing the minorities'economy, education, and culture; our higher vocal education at the time.
