An Investigation Into The Private Force Of Dong Han Dynasty

Content: The Dong Han private force problem is very important in the research of Dong Han history. However, it hasn't been studied fully so far. With the Marxist martial doctrines as its guidance, and on the basis of historic documents and archaeological material, this thesis tries to probe into the Dong Han private force problem under the whole social economic circumstances of Dong Han Dynasty, enabling the research to be more complete ,systematic and objective. It consists of four parts. The first one is on the historic background in which the Dong Han private force began to emerge. The second one is on different types of Dong Han private force and their development .The third one is on the relation between the private force and the government force and the government's policy on the private force. The last one is on the historic influence of Dong Han private force.
