Analysis Of The Land Policies In Early American (1780-1820)

From 1780 up to now, the land policies have been an important part of American demestic policies. Research on the land policies'process not only can help us understand American hard process in early days, but also contribute to looking into the relations between land policies and politics & economy. Meanwhile we can draw some lessons from it, and so improving management of lands in process of our west development.Basing on occuping a great deal of stuff of relevant land policies'research data, the paper comprehensive use the basic theories of land science and history, draw lessons from the theories and the method of the academics, such as economics, sociology, administration science, system science ,etc, try to analyse the land policies in early American and it's influence on politics, agriculture, and western development of America.And the same time, we can induce land policies'four greatest characteristics: agic, scientific, utilitarian, historic & dynamic, and point out policies'shortages: benefits'unfair assignment and land speculations by land policies'stimulation.
