On the basis of the existent research findings, we continue to talk about the change of dynamic meaning. Almost any word has not only one meaning, and the different meaning changes with the context. Especially the dynamic meaning is most important for us to study. The dynamic meaning has different styles, such as illocutionary force, zero-grade meaning, occasion meaning, utterer's occasion meaning, etc. In other words, the word's meaning is of indeterminacy, referential vagueness .We must put the word into the situation .Try to find the motivation of the change of word's dynamic meaning, the article makes a research from different perspectives, such as grammar, semantic, pragmatic and context. Motivation deals with the connection between name and sense. There are linguistic and nonlinguistic reasons, for example, the syntactic level, semotactic level and pragmatic level, social reason, cultural reason, and so on. And we also make use of the cognitive linguistic perspective to give a deep analysis of"Degree Adverb + Noun"and"Semantic Extraordinary Collocation". Especially the theory of Conceptual integration (CI)advanced by G.Fauconnier and M.Turner, CI is based on extensive empirical observation in multiple areas of meaning construction, and it is a basic mental capacity that leads to new meaning, global insight, and conceptual compressions useful for memory and manipulation of otherwise diffuse ranges of meaning. It plays a fundamental role in the construction of meaning in everyday life.
