Then basing on this, a questionnaire for the key behavioural factors of successfully implementing performance management is constructed.Third, the research probes into the effect of population variables on the score of the key behaviours of successfully implementing performance management by One-way ANOVA and LSD, and the result shows that differences of service years, education , positional rank and character of corporation are found in the appraisal of the key behaviours of successfully implementing performance management. In the end, the research discusses if the key behavioural factors of successfully implementing performance management are correlated with emotional commitment and organization' performance by correlation analysis.
