With the continuous in-depth innovation and development of domestic cultural industry,large-scale cultural industry companies are facing great challenges.Human resource management is the core part of enterprise management.The development of enterprises is closely related to human resource management.As an enterprise closely related to people,large-scale cultural industry companies cannot develop without human resource management,and the core of human resource management is Performance management.All the overall operation and management of the company is performance-oriented,focusing on performance,but the success of performance appraisal directly affects the effectiveness of the whole performance management process.But at present,many enterprises,especially state-owned enterprises,are faced with a reality: on the one hand,enterprises recognize the important value of performance management,on the other hand,they fail to set up a set of practical performance management programs and specific performance evaluation indicators suitable for their own characteristics when implementing performance management,which eventually makes performance management become a mere formality.The purpose of this paper is to solve the existing problems in the performance management of S culture industry company,hoping to have a certain reference for the early development of enterprises.This paper starts from the difficulties and problems in the performance management of S cultural industry company at present,through questionnaire survey,interviews with people at different levels,using questionnaire survey,literature research and other research methods to deeply understand and analyze the current performance management methods of S cultural industry company and the application of performance evaluation results,and finds that S cultural industry company is in the There are some problems in performance management,such as the lack of complete performance management system,the lack of effective performance management communication,and the performance management is just a formality.Moreover,performance management fails to attract the attention of the company's management,and the employees lack of understanding of performance management.In view of the problems found at present,this paper puts forward the optimization research scheme of performance management system,which mainly includes the optimization design process of performance management,the design of performance assessment of personnel in each department,the setting of assessment indicators,the methods and processes of performance assessment,and puts forward the application scheme of performance assessment results.In order to ensure that the performance management optimization system of S cultural industry company can be implemented smoothly,measures such as target management guarantee,performance improvement guarantee and incentive mode guarantee are formulated.
