| The objective of this paper is to affirm the theoretical value of life-aesthetics and the key significance of constructing a harmonious society by introducing the general development of life-aesthetics and analyzing and elaborating the basic feature of life-aesthetics. Life-aesthetics breaks through ontology aesthetics and epistemology aesthetics, and turns into the theory of value aesthetics. Life-aesthetics bases on human being's life itself, and integrates various elements of the special insight-life movement. It defends tenaciously the value in life, and pursues the significance in life, and expresses the ultimate consideration to life's realities. The paper affirms the identical points on basic thinking of life-aesthetics, and analyses the reduction of humane spirit in contemporary aesthetics culture attributed to several reasons, advocate restoring humane spirit based on life-aesthetics, and take the"human being"as the main line , presents Chinese contemporary new aesthetics culture which pays attention to the humanity spiritual civilization and the reality survival condition as the proposed foundation to construct a harmonious society.
