A Study On Writing Recipients Of Administrative Official Documents

The activity of administrative official documents writing is an integrated system composed by lots of elements. The writing recipient is one of the important factors that restrict the writing activity. The writing recipients of administrative official documents affect directly the writing effect of official documents and the realization of their social values.This paper takes the writing recipients of administrative official documents as the research object, which it is analyzed and discussed from the scope of writing recipients, the particular characteristics of reading activities, the psychology of writing recipients. It is focused emphatically on the psychological characteristics of the recipients, the psychological factors of the recipients, the psychological process of the recipients, and raised the writing methods and the skills which are suitable to accept.By using the principles in model psychology, dissemination, reading, the paper proposes three kinds of writing strategies to adapt the recipients. The contents of strategies include that the role consciousness transformation, successful persuasion and using the text marks. The writers must have the recipient consciousness, so as to achieve the writing purpose.
