The national, scientific and mass culture also faces to the modernization, the world and the future.Now, this is an age in which the global and knowledge economy has appeared. Culture has been the most important strategic resource and the valuable treasure of a country, a nation and a party. It also has become the basic element which increases the whole nation's quality.
