This assay explores the implicit attitudes differences between online-game-players and none online-game-players through reason-sorting and GNAT used to measure implicit attitudes.Study one explores the implicit attitudes towards life, human relationship, academic study and life-controlling of cyber-game-players and none cyber-game-players. The results find both cyber-game-players and none cyber-game-players hold positive attitudes to life, human relationship and academic study, while cyber-game-players are less positive to life and academic study, and hold a less controllable attitude to life than none cyber-game-players.Study two retests the results found in study one by using controllable-uncontrollable-dimension in reason-sorting. The results shows cyber-game-players hold more controllable attitude to games than none cyber-game-players, while the latter are more controllable to avoid games than the former. Further test by using internal-external dimension in reason-sorting finds cyber-game-players have more external attributions to negative status in life than none cyber-game-players, indirectly illustrating cyber-game-players own a more uncontrollable attitude to life.
