Secondly, using the firstly modified questionnaire to investigate the staff nurses of Guangzhou Oversea Hospital, According the factor analysis results to screen items again, to shape the primary modification questionnaire. Lastly, to test the validity and the reliability of the primary modification questionnaire.Results:(1)350 questionnaire packages were sent out, 322 packages were received. The rate is94.3%.(2)By exploring factor analysis, deleted 10 items of the firstly modified questionnaires,retained 38 items as the items of the primary modification questionnaire.(3) The correlate coefficient of the 38 items of the primary modification questionnaire with the sum of job stressors is over 0.2 (P<0.01, r=0.431～0.728) ; The primary modification questionnaire includes 5 factors. They are job environment and job character, personal relationship, the attitude of patient and their relative, the professional skill, the status and career development. The cumulative of the 5 factors is over 61.81%.(4) The correlate of the sum of the primary modification of nurse job stressors questionnaire with SAS, SDS is remarkable. The primary modification of nurse job stressors questionnaire can differentiate the job stressors level of surgical nurses with outpatient nurses.
