| Art history is"art"and"history", which are two different aspects relating with and influencing each other. During the changes of ideas, the kernel of historical art and art history is the difference between art and non-art. This thesis takes the point of view that art history which consists of pre-art-history, art history and post-art-history periods, has been developing by tracing back the origins of art idea and history idea.
