Nowadays, the activity of cross-culture offers people more opportunities to learn and show off and, Tang poem, which is a proud of traditional Chinese culture, has become a translation focus. There is a great deal of fussiness in Tang poem and, moreover, due to the characteristics of Tang poem, fussiness is a matter of great importance. Based on the systematic study of 328 Tang poems written by 102 poets, this paper analyzes the possible reasons that may cause fussiness in Tang poems from two aspects, namely, fussy words and fussy theme. In addition, a further probe in terms of the difficulties or problems that fussiness might pose for translation is carried out. In the meantime, according to deconstruction approaches, by breaking the binary oppositions between the writer and the translator, the translator is no more to subordinate to the writer, and his voice should not be repressed; "there is nothing outside the context" (meanings share an intimate relationship with context, and meaning can not be isolated from context); the translator should discover the difference between source language and target language and so on. Consequently, the author sets up the translation strategies to solve the translation difficulty caused by fussiness in Tang poem within the frame work of deconstruction. Moreover, in order to practice the translation strategy, the author tentatively translates a total number of 35 Tang poems" which are attached as an appendix. In addition, the author suggests that by adopting the theory of deconstruction, the fussiness in Tang poem will be a good cut-in point for target language readers to learn about the traditional Chinese culture.
