Ming Dynasty literary master Tang Xianzu(1550-1616), was born in Lin Chuan in Jiang Xi province, he was upright and honest, loved the common people as his own children, his official career was full of trouble and misfortune. But he understood the darkness and corruption of feudal imperial court, so he resigned firmly, and created wholeheartedly. His existing poems are nearly two thousand and two hundred pieces, such as poetry anthology : <Hong Quan Yi Cao>, <Yong Zao > and <Wen Ji You Cao >. His poetry was broad and rich in content. With his theories of “For Nature”, “Qi Shi Doctrine” and “Love Produces Poetry”, or feeling in the world, or combining emotion with scenery, or parting with people, or expressing family’s joys and sorrows. The formation of combining emotion with scenery, combination of feeling and setting, not by art characteristics, language simple embellishment, related to all aspects of social life,was a microcosm of the late Ming Society. And his comment as a critic about <Hua Jian Poetry>, spoke highly of the Ci-poems, put forward his own evaluation standard for the word art, also had a major significance to the development and condition of Ci-poems.
