This paper mainly discusses the subject and the object of Piaget's genetic epistemology, the beginning of the article outlines main contents of genetic epistemology, mainly from the aspects of schema, assimilation and adaptation, balance and self-regulation . On the basis of above five aspects, we expatiate the main contents of the subject and the object of genetic epistemology detailed. First, to expatiate the main characteristics of the subject and the object of genetic epistemology, the subject not only must be self-consciousness, to be able to distinguish between the subject and the object, but action must be able to occur; The object is not only constructed, but also with objectivity. Secondly, to set forth the mainly relationships of the object and the subject of Piaget's genetic epistemology, to expatiate the division and unification of the subject and the object and to point out the important roles of activities in the process of the division and unification of the subject and the object .We introduce the theory of construction of a two-way on the subject and object mainly through the analysis of assimilation and accommodation, that mean, i.e. subject constructs object through assimilation and constructs itself through accommodation. We not only analyze the dialectical relationship and isomorphism of subject and object, but also analyze the identification of subject and object through the isomorphismThe article is mainly to analyze the characteristics of the subject and the object of Piaget's theory and to enrich and develop traditional epistemology and dialectical Materialism epistemology. To describing the primary characters of Piaget's theory of subject and object, we will compare Piaget's theory of subject-object with Hegel's. They not only have discussed the division and reunification of the subject and the object but also expounded on the theory of Subject and the object of mutual construction, it's full of abundant dialectics in the discourse on the subject and the object. Because of the differences in the theoretical perspective, methods and theories purport, Therefore, there are many differences in the exposition of subject and object, mainly in the aspects of meaning, philosophical nature, identification and relationships between epistemology and ontology in the area of subject and object. We analyze the materialism nature of Piaget's subject and object and surpass Hegel's subject and object. The article went on to analyze the main contribution of Piaget's subject and object. Firstly, we analyze the continuation and development of Piaget's genetic epistemology to the traditional empiricism and rationalism in the area of the subject and the object, mainly from the points of the origin of cognition, the subject's initiative, the approaches and beginning of study. Second, the article expounds on genetic epistemology's development and supplementary to the dialectical materialism epistemology in the subject and object.
