This paper, taking the new curriculum reform, which will be spreaded gradually in the whole Xinjiang national primary and secondary school as the background, the Han Chinese teacher as the studying subjects, the city of Kuerle as case study, and on the basis of investigating all the elements in the Han Chinese teachers new course training and every practicing link, analyzed the achievement obtained and the problems existed through the theories of multidiscipline in the process of Han Chinese teachers new course training in the city of Kuerle. It tried to find out the strategies of solving the problems by learning from the theories and practical experience of the teachers training course at home and abroad. Its ultimate purpose is to further improve the system, model and enrich the content of the training course, form, method and to promote the effect of training. Under the background of vigorously promoting the new course reform and the minority bi-lingual teaching, it also intends to provide a basis for the theories and practice relevant to the Xinjiang Chinese and the research of bi-lingual teacher education and to provide references for working out the educational policy for teachers by the educational department.
