The Study Of Bi And Xing About The Book Of Songs

The research of Chinese ancient literature emphasized on bi and xing, but traditional research mostly considered it as a form of Chinese ancient literature, thus resulting in the incomplete evaluation. Based on the bi and xing as expression means, this article studies the theory of poetry and analysis their cultural meanings, also including the influence of the bi and xing of the book of songs.This article had three parts: brief introduction, article body and conclusion. The first part explained the reasons and significance of selection of the subject, the conclusion gave a general idea of the whole article, there are four chapters in the article body.In the first chapter, it began with the definition of bi an xing, as it is a form of the expression so different ideas were imported, thus it is very important for us to look back to the research of bi and xing which evaluated from Han dynasty modern and contemporary terms.In the second chapter, mostly concreted on the analyzing of Chinese ancient poetry theory, explained the general characters of bi and xing. It was influenced by poems express aspiration and poems show emotions from the very beginning. At the same time it is difficult to differentiate the concept of bi and xing if we only studied the definition of the bi and xing, now the main problem is that if we consider the xing as a metaphor. In fact the difference of bi and xing is that xing had aesthetic meanings.Now going to the third chapter. In this chapter I focused on the internal connection of images and meanings about bi and xing according to the cultural anthropology and folklore, by studying the images of the book of songs to explain the cultural basis of the bi and xing.In the last chapter, it mentioned bi and xing's influence on the following literature by studying ancient poem writing and commentary. Firstly explained the expand definition in the artist, secondly explained the application in the article writing.By re-sorting and re-adjusting bi and xing fo the book of songs, we can get a proper understanding of the definition of the poems, not only in one point and view. Also strengthen our persistence on studying the poems.
