The Study On The Art Of Narration Of LIAO ZHAI ZHI YI

The thesis is aimed at presenting a discussion on the characteristics and achievements of the art of narration of LIAO ZHAI ZHI YI.The thesis can be divided into three main parts. Introduction, the first part, from the angle of tradition and narration, shows a main summary of the study of LIAO ZHAI ZHI YI. The second part, the main body of the thesis, has three chapters: the art of narrative structure of LIAO ZHAI ZHI YI, the art of narrative time and space of LIAO ZHAI ZHI YI, the art of narrative view of LIAO ZHAI ZHI YI. These three chapters give a detailed analysis and study on the art of narration of LIAO ZHAI ZHI YI. The third part is the epilogue which indicates the art of narration and the significance of the study.There are two purposes of the thesis. First, resorting to the theory of narratology united with the traditional study, it tries to present a thorough and detailed study on the art of narration of LIAO ZHAI ZHI YI and make it systematic. Second, through studying the art of narration of LIAO ZHAI ZHI YI, it discusses the factors that influence the art of narration of novels so as to promote development of the art of novel and prosperity of Literal creation.
