The literature creation is a complex process, involved in all kinds of differentfactors. The research on literature creation in the past pays more attention on theauthor's emotional expression than systematically expressing personal feeling. Thispaper aims at proving the fact that literature creation should be fully observed byanalyzing the author's personal factors in the creation process from the stand of"impersonality" theory. There are four parts in the paper: the definition of"impersonality" theory, the spokesman for God, the spokesman for language and theliterature production on the stand of the social linguistics.Eliot shows, in Tradition and Personal Ability, that poetry is the constitution part of great tradition instead of subordinating to individual. The author's creation is a process of unceasingly giving up the individuality, which is inheriting and developing by structuralism and post-structuralism. This paper generalizes the meaning of creation into three points. First, because of the low cognitive ability caused by the low social productivity force, people regard the literature creation as the result of God's will. Secondly, the achievements of linguistics research enrich the new explanation for literature creation. Thirdly, sociology thinks that the person is not a sum total of the society relates, and the individual disappears and his social quality appears in writing. The writer is the spokesman for God, so he remains in the station of silence and depends on inspiration and The Holy Spirit to write. Furthermore, the writer also serves as the spokesman of collective unconsciousness, or the conveyor of archetype and myth. The personality of writer increasingly disappears in the process of literature creation. When literary study turned to the exploration of language's inner world, the author vanished as an origin of meaning in the literary works and became the craftsman of language use. Language has multi-meanings, which leads to different understandings for the works. The inner changes make the author create, post-structuralist thought that language caused literary creation and the writer died.In literature production's opinion, Marxism regarded the author as the producer, they hid themselves behind the production and the consumption of literature. "Impersonality" explains properly the causes of literary creation. The theory of "impersonality" has its reasonable essences in explaining writer's creation, but has limits in the points of Multi-reasons leading to literature creation. From above analysis, any one-sided theory can't be supported.
