This thesis emphasize the comparative analysis of differences insocial custom and their inner reasons between two nomad, Bedouin and Mongol. In world history, nomads had always played concernful roles in Asia and Europe as special strengths. Being the two nomads haunted in Asia, being the participant or establisher of two intercontinental emperies, Bedouin of the middle-east and Mongol of north-Asia altiplano, they are nomad in the same, but the former one is the representative of desert-nomad, and the latter one is the representative of grassland-nomad. They have likenesses, and difference as well. Their differences could be found easily in their social custom. This thesis trying to cut-in from their likenesses and differences, do some comparative research and analyze the inner reasons of environment, economics, history and culture which caused these.This thesis divided into three parts, prologue, discussion and conclusion. The discussion has three chapters, first chapter enter on spiritual and social structure, expatiate their social custom, detailed the likenesses and differences between these two nomads. Second chapter stresses analysis of reasons which made these likenesses and differences, and trying to explain them in order to understand the traits of these two nomads. Then the last chapter discusses how these two kinds of nomad cultures influence their history, the influence is so far-ranging that could be detected in politics, economics or ideology, and there still are lots of perceptible remanet of their agelong civilized tradition behind what they undergoes today.
