Cultivating the musical aesthetic quality is the basic educational reform of the requirement put forward for higher teaching-training of piano program. So it has realistic significance to carry out a series of researches to the problems of implementing the musical aesthetic quality training program of piano for higher teaching training. This paper will probe into the three aspects: (1) the basic theory; (2) the analysis of the present situation and (3) the implementation of the strategy in higher teacher-training of the musical aesthetic quality training program of piano.This thesis consists of three chapters.Chapter One is about the basic theory of the cultivation of the musical aesthetic quality for higher teacher-training piano program. It illustrates the concept and foundation of musical aesthetic quality and puts forward the significance of cultivating the musical aesthetic quality for higher teacher-training piano program—piano program is one of the most important approaches in cultivating the music education, and it also has the most overwhelming advantage among any other learning branches. It discusses the four factors which influence the cultivation of the musical aesthetic quality for higher teacher-training piano program.Chapter Two deals with the analysis of the present situation of cultivating the musical aesthetic quality for higher teacher-training piano program. First, it narrates the piano program in higher teacher-training nowadays: the situation of students learning, the teaching of the piano program and the reform now of the piano program in higher teacher-training. Based on the over-all understandings of the piano program, the author has done some real rational thinking about the objectives, curriculum, teaching method and the content of teaching in cultivating the musical aesthetic quality for higher teacher-training piano program, and has realized that the basic course of piano program for higher teacher-training has been formed. But for the reasons of history and the source of students, there are some defects in present teaching, which can not be ignored.Chapter Three is about the implementation of the strategy in cultivating the musical aesthetic quality for higher teacher-training piano program. According to the analysis and consideration of the above chapters, the author will discuss the implementing the strategy of the cultivation of the musical aesthetic quality for higher teacher-training piano program. First, the establishment of the new concept of education. It is important to refashion and renew the basic concept of the piano program for higher teacher-training and to set up a clear target and a standard of cultivating the musical aesthetic quality of piano program. Second, the establishment of the best curriculum. It is necessary to rationalize the course time, add up some courses needed and strengthen the course relationship between the learning courses. Third, enrichment of the teaching methods. It is reasonable to persist in relying mainly on person-to-person-teaching way (to teach student individually) while making all the students together in class subsidiary, which are the multiple ways to teach. Fourth, the rationalization of the teaching content. In accordance with the three central abilities and three psychological factors, the piano program should be started from cultivating the ability of experiencing and understanding, the ability of performance and creation of music, the motivation and need of love music and the related knowledge of teaching, including the criteria of aesthetic, these aspects can enrich and strengthen the teaching content of music aesthetic quality.
