Interlocution And Reconstruction

This thesis, on the basis of a brief introduction to oral history and its definition, makes a deduction of three main opinions of its nature as a branch of learning in the circle of historiography, including historical materials as a tool, methodology and morphology of history. Guided by this clue, an investigation of practice in the field of oral history aims at its value and function in this special branch. Which, in context, has a direct connection with the intensive changes in art of the 20th century and significant influence from other branches of learning, the changes in the objects, range and methods of study of the art history as well as its ideas, have created special room for further research into oral history, so that it serves as a sufficient key to reference materials in the practice of the art history and other branches of learning such as historiography, anthropology and sociology, changing gradually people's attitude towards it. As methodology, morphology and a particular means of education of art oral history, is exerting a deeply influence on keeping, spreading and the people's understanding of art history and into the broad areas of research, just as "the first swallows of a new summer".
