The aim of this paper is to provide some theory fundamental to graduate students' physiologyhealth education through the deep understanding the Life Stress (LS) of graduate students facing,the Resource of LS, copping style and the Social Support the students get to help them resolvethe LS, and the relationship of life stress, Coping style, Social Support and mental health. Fourstudy's instrument was employed in the paper: the LS Checklist (drafted by CSLSC), CopingStyle Rating Scale, Social Support Rating Scale and SCL-90. The samples were 512 students outof China University of Geosciences. (Wuhan)The results show that: (1) The psychological stress factor ranks one by one in order accordingto theirs size for: the Take up the employment the prospect, education, economy, family, the otherpressure, the relation is in the love the feeling, social interaction. The graduate studentpsychological stress distribute characteristics is: The boy compares the girl's economy andrelation to be in love the feeling pressure separately high, the girl is bigger than the boy'semployment pressure; Come from the pressure feeling of the village graduate student widespreadwant to be high in the graduate student of the city, the psychological stress feeling of the graduatestudent is not to increase with the increment of the grade; The school of arts graduate student attake up employment the pressure on the prospect and want to be higher than reason, the graduatestudent of the engineering.(2) The copying style is positive correlation with their score ofSCL—90.the better mental health graduate student more adopt active coping style: solvesproblem and asks for help; Contrary, the worse graduate student of the mental healthy conditionmore use passive coping style self—abuse,relionalization,fantasy,flinch.(3)The scatter featureof copying style: The male the students get higher marks in fantasy, flinch, self—abuse thanfemale students; Different grades have no difference; The city graduate students are higher thancounty's in self—abuse, fantasy, relionalization and ask help. Marge students get higher score inever aspect. (4)Society support is negative correlation with their score of SCL—90,from to low isutilization of support, subjective support, and objective. (5) Scatter feature of Social support is: asa whole, there is no difference in grade, subject, age, cultivate style. Female get more SocialSupport than that of male. In detail, female get more objective support than male, town student'ssubjective support is more than that of country students. The students' subjective support and objective support from only child families are more than those from children' families. There isan interaction between one child and gender at objective support. Married and single have thelover the degree of social support is higher, but single again the one who have no lover is worse.(6)The scatter of Scl-90 is: The checkout positive numbers are 230 and positive rate is 44.93%, about 16.81%are considered as have middle level or above of mental disorder. There is no inevidence difference in different stylebook. The scores in body and sensitive human relations ofgraduate students are higher the country mold. As a whole, the mental healthy level of thegraduate student often is low obviously whole country mold.(7)The relations of Graduate studentpsychological stress, coping style, society support and mental health are: As a whole, thepsychological stress of the graduate student, coping style, society support, mental health to alleach other have big degree relation.(P<0.01). The psychological stress is biggest positivecorrelation with their score of SCL—90. (R=0.60), .Use mental health as depend variable, instep by regress analyse, psychological stress, self—abuse, solves problem, fantasy and societysupport get into regress equation.
