Research On The Mental Health Status And The Relationship With Psychological Help Seeking Of Graduate Students In Inner Mongolia Agricultural University

In recent years, with the development of economy and the change of socio-cultural, the need for the high-quality personnel is getting increasly larger, as a matter of fact, there appear to be a phenomena in most colleges that they begin to expand the enrollments. Although, the need for talents has been met, plenty of problems has emerged in the meantime. As the number of talents increases, the positons for jobs become shorter, which not only has left a bad influence on undergraduates, but also has raised a series of pressure and challenges to graduate students in school. Consequently, these phenomenon produced more and more sharper psychological conflicts in the students'minds, which, then, led to various psychological problems'coming into being, affecting their Healthy Development negatively. Therefore, it has been significant on both theory and reality to attach great importance to the investigation and research for the graduate Students'Psychological Health Status.Based on applying basic theories on psychology and common sense on Psychological Health, this article, combined with the characteristic of the development for graduate students'psychology as well as the common psychological problems, has analyzed the graduate students'Psychological Health Status in Inner Mongolia, meanwhile, also has made a initial investigation for the graduate students'present situation of Psychological Help in our municipality. While stating the basic theories, it also put forward the corresponding measures for improving the graduate students'Psychological Health Status in our municipality.Through the analysis above we reach a conclusion:(1)The Mental Health Conditions of the graduate students from Inner Mongolia Agricultural University are looking gloomy;(2)The Mental Health Conditions of the graduate students from Agricultural Universities in Inner Mongolia Prefecture has presented a remarkable difference in different grades and different marriage.(3)The attitudes for seeking help of the graduate students from Inner Mongolia Agricultural University also have presented a remarkable difference on demography information. (4)The Mental Health Conditions and the attitudes for seeking help of the graduate students from Agricultural Universities In Inner Mongolia Prefecture have presented a obvious correlation.
