Product is multiplex-developing in order to meet the market. To satisfy the different needs, product design should get or other elements. In such condition, a new type of product—the cartoon forming product comes out. With kinds of intermediate, cartoon has entered in our life gradually by diverse appearance. The cartoon-forming product has become a part of our life.Since the first animated cartoon appeared in 1928, the cartoon has quickly obtained people's affection. Then it developed rapidly. The succession of Disney cartoon commercial operation has set a model of other operations. In other countries, the development of cartoon could manifest the strength of nation. In such cartoon unrest, the product could not avoid cartoon. The cartoon seeps to product design by plane, part-shape characteristic, culture and so on. The cartoon race has come into our life.There are some reasons for cartoon race coming. First, through the long esthetic imprisonment, new esthetic tropism is more individual. Second, the characteristic of cartoon could be used for better communication and transmission. Third, there are many social problems, like the rhythm of life speeding up, the survival pressure increasing, the mutually communication of people reducing. Cartoon can ease these conflicts. Last, with nearly hundred years development, cartoon has formed a set of complete system, including its special culture. Many young people grow up under the cartoon influence. They worship the cartoon essentially. Packing the products by cartoon culture can quickly complete the brand establishment.The first part of this article introduced the appearance of cartoon product, which poured into the new vigor for the electronic expense. The company must seek the new direction to survival in the intense market competition environment. The second part take the cartoon as a main axle, summarizes the domestic and foreign cartoons development, and to product design seepage. From electronic equipment angle, I analyze cartoon and product union several ways, as well as cartoon to product design seepage. The third part explains the reason of cartoon product forming. From person's esthetic need, society's change, the cartoon own characteristic, the cultural aspect which as well as the cartoon product is in sole possession of analyzes the cartoon union seeing and hearing product with emphasis the superiority. And proposed for the first time that, the development long cartoon had taken the new worship culture melted into the seeing and hearing product, and became its purchasing power the leading factor.The fourth part explained the cartoon product provides some new elements for our seeing and hearing product improvement. There are three examples key analyses seeing and electric product and the cartoon in fifth part, different product choice and cartoon union different way. The cooperation between TCL and Disney has indicated the domestic cartoon-forming prospect.Finally, I have carried on the summary and the analysis to our country existing cartoon product. The domestic cartoon product market demand is still big, but our country just starts in this aspect. Now domestic already strengthened the cartoon development, soon then is connected profession starting along with it. The cartoon product is welcoming its spring.
