A Study On Parents' Identity Of The Educational Significance Of Cartoon

Animation plays a subtle role in children's cognitive development,value guidance and aesthetic interest cultivation.In the perspective of family communication mode,it is particularly important for parents to distinguish the educational function of animation.Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this study aims to explore whether Chinese parents agree that cartoons have educational significance and what factors affect parents' relevant concepts.Besides,by answering the above questions,it summarizes Suggestions for parents and animation producers to learn from.Creators are encouraged to produce works admired by parents and loved by children,and parents are also encouraged to conduct reasonable control and guidance.Five main conclusions are drawn from the survey: first,the pluralistic parents pay attention to play their own guiding role,and the consistent parents pay attention to guide their children to watch the animation for the purpose of education;protective and laissez-faire parents are less involved in children's animation watching activities.Secondly,parents who agree with the educational significance of "increasing knowledge" and "good for socialization" of animation allow their children to watch animation more frequently,while those who do not allow their children to watch animation more frequently.Third,parents' views on cartoons are influenced by news and media.Fourth,parents pay attention to the value of animation as a topic of parent-child communication,and the intergenerational taste difference makes this aspect of communication not smooth;Fifth,parents are worried about inappropriate content,which plays a negative role,which affects parents' view of it.Therefore,Suggestions from three aspects are summarized: first,parents should improve their participation level and play an active role in education;Secondly,animation producers should be aware of media violence and strive to produce works suitable for young and elder.Third,the relevant departments to strengthen the awareness of supervision,make more efforts to audit and check;...
