The study on subjective well-being have made much achievement oversea and our country also have made a progress in the field .there is much factors to influence the subjective well-being,however,we make a focus on the influence of personality and environment nowdays .this study investigated the characteristic of college students's subjective well-being , family fuctioning , self-identity and the relationship a mong the three factors.In this study, about 780 college students were investigated, using the Family Assessment Device Scale, Self-identity State Scale of College Student. General Well-Being Schedule. The main conclusions are as follows:1 There is no significant difference between urban students'family fuctioning and rural students'family fuction . There is significant difference between singleton and not singleton in role playing and action controlling .2 There is significant difference between urban students'self identity and rural student's self identity.singleton is better than nonsingleton in idach,inach and total identity achievement.3 There is no significant difference between urban and rural,but there is significant difference between singleton and nonsingleton in subjective well being.4 Different family functioning has different subjective well being.Good family fuctioning has high subjective well being.5 Different identity status has different subjective well being ,the score of subjective well being is the most highest in the status of identity achievement and the most lowest in the status of identity diffusion.6 Family fuctioning not only influence the subjective well being but also influence the subjective well being through the identity status.
