Based on the foreign research of Stress Coping Cognitive Appraisal Intervention (SCCAI), Coping of Positive Stress Cognitive Appraisal Training (CASCAT), which involves modern positive psychological theories and research results, proposes a new classroom training model. The purpose of this research is to discuss positive stress replying methods for university students, the condition of social support and healthy psychology standard, and the effects of CASCAT under the model of classroom under struction. The main aim for this study is to provide possible healthy psychological education theories and evidences for university students.The results of this study show that, CASCAT plays a positive role in improving university students'cognition of daily events and in decreasing shadowy daily events. It works especially prominent on the human-relation, study-pressure and punishment factor. But CASCAT has no prominent function in the general improvement of university students'coping patterns. Students'approval of training effect will influence on their coping patterns, i.e. a higher self-evaluation must lead to a higher mark of problem-solving factor and there are prominent differences between the higher evaluation group and the lower evaluation group. There are also certain differences among students of different majors. The students coming from Art department and the students coming from Science department have more coping patterns than students major in art or physical training. Art students are more willingly to seeking help than science students.CASCAT has prominent effects on the improvement of healthy psychological state for university students. After training, the score of Obsessive-Compulsive, interpersonal relation sensitivity, depression, Photic ideation and psychoticism will be lower than ever before. Students of different majors have no prominent differences in psychological health state. Students of different grades or sexes have no prominent differences in psychological health state. However, generally the scores of university students'psychological state factors being higher than our national normal model proves the solicitude for the cognition of university students'psychological state.CASCAT has no prominent effects on the improvement of social support for university students, but social support will influence the approval of university students'training effects. The higher score group has gained more social support scores and advantages than the others.Therefore, Classroom CASCAT has a certain effect on the improvement of students'psychological health.
