The classifier, also known as measure word is one of special features in both Chinese and Persian language, and its main function lies in counting and adorning nouns. Thus is obvious that classifier mostly originates from the noun; especially the individual classifier which is in most of the cases transformed by the noun itself.Function of the classifier mainly is to express unit and the capacity of action in certain word behaviour. As Chinese and Persian both possess rich amount of classifiers, in this paper we are going to conduct a comparison research concerning classifiers of both languages. In the nowadays grammar educational circles, it is very likely to encounter comparative linguistic studies and researches, like Chinese Thai, Chinese Korean, Chinese Japanese, Chinese Russian languages, but comparison research of Chinese Persian classifier, simply had not been studied till present. Therefore, in order to make conclusions and apply them to the relation between Chinese and Persian language, as a foundation of this comparative research we have used earlier research studies and articles and successfully applied them as a foundation of our study. In the range of matching nouns and classifiers, this article uses comparative analysis approach to explain the relation between noun classifiers, earlier combined, and articles. In the part, which we analyze the combining limits of the process, the signifiers or measure words that could be found in Chinese language, are if compared to those we might encounter in Persian language of much larger scope, underrepresented and equally represented. While in the part where we research the relation between those noun signifiers and articles we discuss separately the position of signifiers standing individually as well as in a set of classifiers. We also notice that an individual classifier, which in relation to the article, could be divided by law of physical characteristic of measure word, by the relation, established within the activities of a person and the article or a thing. Furthermore, based on the questionnaire designed for Iranian students studying Chinese language, we have come to conclusions that there is a clear pattern followed by students that demonstrates incorrect usage of noun classifiers, therefore we hope that the result we obtained through our analysis and questionnaire may solve problems concerning usage of noun classifiers, we also propose corresponding teaching countermeasure. In addition, we offer two tables;"Table of Chinese classifiers to use in correspondence to Persian Classifiers"and"Table of Persian classifiers to use in correspondence to Chinese Classifiers", and we hope they can be of help to students of both China and Iran.
