Analysis Of The Current Xuicidal Behavior And Influencing Factor Of Middle School Students Inhunan Province

Purpose: investigate the current statue of suicidal behavior of middle school students in hunan provice, analysis it's epidemiologic character and explore the influencing factors of suicidal behavior of middle school, and provide the reference for filtering the intervention index of suicidal behavior of middle school studentsMethods: the study apply the inverstigation sample with multi-stage sampling. Firstly, according to the district type( refer to the national town planning law, can divide into big city, medium size city, small city, a rural country by the population size). School type(key middle school and no key middle school), middle school sort( junior middle school and senior middle school) and grad(junior one/senior one junior Two / senior two, junior three/ Senior Three) factors arrange.Respectively randomly take one unit from every group to join this study,and respectively take two classes from every grade from the slected school. All the slected classes take part in the inverstigation, there are 5583 students from 96 classes of 16 school taking part in the inverstigation. Intervigate the current statue and influencing factor with artificial scales for influence factors and amature scales.Established data base with the Epidata3.0 software. Statistic Analyse the data with sppss Anylyse the data with Single factor and mutiple factors method , anylise the occuring condition of middle school students suicidal behavior in various character and their influencing factors Result: 27.6 % middle school student suicide occurred, in which 22.9% of subjects had suicidal ideation, 17.8% subject had suicidal planning, 4.1% subjects had suidial preperation. 3.3% suicidal abortion. Suicidal behavior ( suicidal ideation, planning, preparation, abortion) in middle school students present significantly difference between districts, school type.grade,sex. Logistic result show sex, skipping classes,hating study,dumps,drunk, whether read erotic books,whether addict to the net, whether there are many ballroom, sing house, video house in the residence are all influencing factor, their os reseptively is 2.290,0.481,1.588,1.778,,1.593,1.342,1.666,1.928, 1.314.
