Mirco Design In Product Research Process

With the developing of our society the skills in product design has been greatly improved.the key factor is the popularity of pc and software based on the pcs. Within all the stages of design process, the part that directly linking with the design of materials and the shaping of materials is still the realm of engineers. Product design is a bi-disciplinary science. In the design process there should be lots of requests come from engineering field. The knowledge of engineering is important to designers, especially when the design process come into the field of making a prototype or the final product. Engineers will understand the design more clearly, if designers know more about materials and the shaping of materials. Designers have the responsibility to make their conpects clear to the engineer that do not know much of design. In this stage, the conpect design coming into the real product, the cooperation between designers and engineers is very important. This article is focusing on the researching of the field between the concept and the real product. It is important for a student to become a designer. This article debate on the analysis of different design projects. The analysis is to point out the differences between the shaping of materials, and also to check out the similarity in the process. This article is trying to check the regularities in the various processes of shaping the materials. There two kinds of projects to analyze. One is the famous design in design history, the other is projects came from my tutor. Analyze the projects is to find out the regularities and to check the theory by practice. The materials of this article came from the works during this 3 years. With the great help of my tutor and other professors, this article could make out by practicing in real design projects. Theory came from design, and could direct the practices. The regularity of material design in product design process is the main context of this article. The knowledge of the detailed design in design process including the design of materials and parts of engineering. The well preparation of this kind of knowledge is useful for designers to hand out their concepts to the engineers.
