《Sisters》: The Bottom Women Expressed By The DV

Since the late 1990s, the DV video equipment with the reform of the digital technology caused a "DV revolution" in China's independent documentary field. From that time on, whether from the economic base,or the technical operations,the creative thinking, China's independent documentary realize "independence". From the creative groups,creative way to the appearing of the text, the natural civil features of the DV make the DV documentary show Out the pluralistic, popular characteristics.This thesis focusing on one of the DV documentaries——《sisters》as a target, from the internal and external research analysis perspective, and standing on the independent documentaries in China's history of the development, analyses the evolution of the DV poetics and the transfer of the independent documentaries focusing. Specifically, it mainly from the following four aspects as the starting points: the discourse rights of the DV civil images,the imaging language expressed by the fusion of the documentary and fictional creativity, the video story constructed by the time and imagination structure,creators consciously be involved and recognition when they descript the lower. Based on the description of the four aspects, the author tried to find out when DV naturally showed the original ecological life, it also used a variety of imaging languages and narrative strategies to express personal aesthetic and emotional tendencies consciously. Then I will discover on the context of the current marketing reality, the poetry features and the practical significance of the Chinese independent documentaries when they entered the civil and the public.
