The "Korean Tide" Is Surging-The Research Of Family-ethics Dramas In Korea

The"Korean Tide"refers to the popular trend which was caused by rising of Korean TV dramas in China,in the late 1990s.With so many Korean TV dramas are broadcasted in prime time on every television station,the"Korean Tide"gradually evolved into a"flow",especially for the Korean family-ethics dramas.《Men In The House of Bathroom's Boss》,《Miss Dugong》﹑《Yellow Handkerchief》are repeatedly broadcasted on CCTV-8.This phenomenon can strongly prove that the Korean TV dramas are so popular in China.South Korea is a small country with a population of less than 50 million.Why the Korean TV dramas can be on a rampage in China which has deep culture background?To us,the reason is worthy of serious analysis and summary.It not only has great realistic significance to promote the Chines TV production,but also a question should be seriously considered for Chinese culture who wants to face to the world.The full thesis is divided into four chapters.The preface makes a brief overview of the reason why the"Korean Tide"is surging.It sums up to several points,such as the strong national sense of crisis in South Korea﹑spirit of team corporation﹑great support of government and the innovation of TV institution.The first chapter combines the specific meaning of the ethics﹑family,starting from the specific contents of the Korean family-ethics dramas.It analysises the current performance of family ethics in Korea.The second chapter is one of the key text,mainly on the aesthetic characteristics of the Korean family-ethics dramas. Firstly, the Korean TV dramas show the national character of overall"Hate". From an aesthetic sense,to varying degrees, this"Hate"can be decomposed into sadness﹑alienation and rebel. In specific dramas,"Sadness"contains a sad aesthetics,"Alienation"highlights the solemn tyle,"Rebel"demonstrates strength﹑fierceness﹑anti-trandition.
