The living status of modern human being has been immense changing compared with the past. Meanwhile, modern human being is also confronted with a variety of survival crisis brought about by the development of science and technology and social progress, such as ecocrisis, belief crisis. Under market economy condition, people's existence dissimilation or materialization phenomenon is very grave. The dissimilation is both real problem and people's inner world core and focal point problem. We should make an in-depth analysis and contrast on Marx's dissimilation theory and youth lukács'materialization theory in order to analyse and understand this dissimilation and materialization phenomenon, and find the key to the true existence state of man in market economy.In the text, I have seen the general characteristic of their respective viewpoint, via a dynamic analysis on youth lukács'and Marx's dissimilation theory, and also their origin, considering their respective viewpoint together with their age . Think that thanks to the different stage of youth lukács and Max, that is capitalism already enters imperialism stage from free competition stage, entered running water type of large enterprise from small-scale machine production. In this new historical period, capitalist society has two new characteristics: First, society production and society organization become high reasonable and rationalize, and it is a new reason of the dissimilation of producing labour which people accepted universally. And because it is easy-intuitionistic, it became an important reason in youth Lukács eyes. But the privatization of production relations was ignored. Second, the capitalism social production has gotten a big development, and social wealth was in abundance, the whole society entered into consuming stage in general. In this stage, the consuming-dissimilation became an outstanding phenomenon. It is people's life and the value materialization that youth Lukács had special solicitude. This two new characteristics have decided that Lukács as a social critic , didn't concentrate on the capitalism-dissimilation from production relations and assign field as Marx did. It produced that youth Lukács make a change in his materialization theory, though they both criticized the phenomenon that people's fruit of labour in capitalist society became one kind of strength, which govern people, and the freedom of humankind could not get developed. Their purposes are pursuing the free kingdom that run out of natural certainty.The text holds that the changes of subject have its history rationality. Lukács had criticized the unilateral survival in capitalist society because of materialization phenomenon, and treated society dialectically with the category of totality, considered the proletariat class consciousness as motivity that impel the history to make progress and throw away the materialization phenomenon. This academic fruit deserves recognition and reference. But its idealism nature and difference with upper Marx's dissimilation theory (dissimilation theory in capital) needs to be rethought carefully. We cannot stay on the layer, rising and boosting the arousal of the proletariat class consciousness, to confront the materialization phenomenon. In contrast, we should adjust the production relation to decrease men's workload, in order to achieve men's freedom in bigger degree. To throw away materialization or dissimilation phenomenon, we can only rely on realistic social movement and the adjustment of social relation.In my opinion, Marx's dissimilation theory has its value certainly. Today, it is still a key with which we can analyse capitalist social and economic structure. We can make our understanding and critic on the all existing dissimilation or materialization in capitalist society today, according with our times, along the road of Marx and youth Lukács. In one hand, we should discover the rationality of the existence of the phenomenon; in the other hand we should discover these implicit strengths in the phenomenon, which fettering men's nature of freedom. Reform the existing world unceasingly in the eyes of critic, make the world exceed its special stage and become more human, make men's exist out of unilateral fetter and become more perfect, and turn to men's all-round and free development, which Marx yearned towards.
