Yuan Shikai and Li Yuanhong were known as the great man, the changes of their relationship had a far-reaching impact on the society of the early Republic.The revolution broke out on October 10,1911 in WuChang, HuBei province and a military government was set up with the metropolis of Li Yuanhong. Most of provinces declared independence of themselves. Qing government was forced to stop the use of previously accused of Yuan Shikai. To seize the power, he used the original formulation of a policy of combining suppressing and used a variety of channels to discuss Revolution Party disclosed intentions. Meanwhile, there were compromises the revolutionary camp thinking and a misunderstanding of revolution, so they wanted to achieve the success of the revolution by the principle of illusion.Yuan Shikai and Li Yuanhong kept in touch with each other to discuss the future of China when they were fighting in the armed forces. Because Yuan Shikai still persisted the original constitutional monarchy still, revolutionaries refused to discuss, but preliminary talks have laid a foundation for the North-South peace talks.Many contradictions existed between HuangXing and revolutionaries of HuBei province. The relationship of HuBei and NanJing gradually went poor.Yuan Shikai actively drew the HuBei group. Yuan Shikai and more frequent contacted with Li Yuanhong after October 10,1911. Hubei groups dissatisfied with the interim government in Nanjing and formed the civil society. Its aim was to safeguard the interests of the Group in Hubei and support Yuan Shikai against Sun Zhongshan.the civil society always attacked the democratic socialist revolutionaries,for example,borrowing money from foreign countries. Regardless of the actual financial difficulties,the civil society whose leader was Li Yuanhong criticized the problem of borrowing. Finally Nanjing interim government went into a more serious political crisis and accelerated the collapse of the interim government. Li Yuanhong had a farce performed with Yuan by singing the same tune, the results of revolution had been completely ruined.The alliance was built on the basis of mutual use. Although they opposed the revolution, they also had contradictions .Li Yuanhong was forced to leave in Hubei in 1913, and arrested under house in Beijing .The nationwide people fighted against Yuan Shikai, and the imperialism was against the emperor of Yuan, Yuan's confidant and family members also disagreed, Li Yuanhong resisted the restoration of monarchy from the situation in the country and their own interest. After the death of Yuan Shikai in 1916, their relation went to the end.The relations between Yuan Shikai and Li Yuanhong moved up and down in a short period .This had close relations with the early Republican Council.It had a far-reaching impact on the turn Council.Democracy had been seriously damaged and the Provisional Act was repealed, China had again plunged into a dark rule ,the 1911 results were destroyed. Frankly speaking ,they had certain responsibilities .
