The Comparision Between "Zai(在)+V" And "V+zhe(着)" By The Governing Force Of Clouses In Modern Chinese

The forms of "zai(在)+V"and "V+zhe(着)"are universally used in the modern Chinese.There exist certain interlinked places, some intertwines in the using. There are difficult problems in the teaching Chinese as a foreign language too.Beforehand researcher's attention generally concentrated in "zai (在) " and "zhe (着) ". The forms themselves were actually considered by very few people .At present ,there is little literature about the forms.In view of the enlightenment and limitation of beforehand research , we get rid of the old way, explaining the question of "zai(在)"and "zhe(着)" instead of "zai(在)+V"and "V+zhe(着)". we take them as the whole forms, and study them with "the governing force of clouses". And this comparison research will give us a new sight to the study of "za/(在)"and "zhe(着)".We inspecte two forms characteristics and the replace rules, analyze the syntax mechanism of two kind of forms and the replace influences, and then pick up the form significance and the differences on expression. On the base of analyses ,it comes to a conclusion that there are differences between the two kind of forms with the prospect and the background, the indication and the description, independence and dependency . Basing the form significance, the article has induced the grammatical meanings of "za/(在)"and"zhe (着) ".A summary of the content and several thoughts are given in the end.
