The Research On Chinese Reform Of Cultural System

China's economic and political structural reforms have achieved fruitful results, whereas our cultural system reform seems to be relatively stagnant. After the 16th National Party Congress, the state has attached great importance to the reform of the cultural system, pointing out that we should lay great emphasis on the course of nonprofit cultural undertakings on the one hand and stress managing cultural industries on the other; we should deepen the reform of the cultural system and promote the development of cultural industries as well. This paper attempts to make a summary of study on China's cultural system reform, aiming to probe into its implication, courses, characteristics and keys to deepening it and other issues.Part One explains the implication of cultural system reform. Based on the analysis, the paper defines explicitly the implication of China's cultural system reform according to the related exposition on the reform.Part Two analyses the development processes of China's cultural system reform and generalizes its characteristics. Three stages will be divided into and three characteristics will be presented in this part.Part Three dissertates two keys to deepening China's cultural system reform, namely the system innovation of nonprofit cultural institutions and the system innovation of managing cultural enterprises and discusses some new ideas on both of them respectively.
