A Study On The Public Standard Of Mental Quality And Training

Mental quality is the valuable domain of the local psychology research and its intrinsic structuture is the foundation of training and theory of mental quality. The mass values mental quality in the coincidence in which means the public standard of mental quality consists in the relative steadiness structure while the discovery of it will lead to the expanding in the depth of researches of mental quality and the theoretical indirection of the training of mental quality.To research the public standard of mental quality is in the angle of view of Mental abilities. The mental abilities is the most important indirections of mental quality and its training. The series of consciousness levels is the operative object. Based on the observing and discerning of the intrinsic meaning of standards ,the training has been set out..The research is to discovery the model and developmental characteristics of The Public Standard of Mental Quality by which the mental training will be made .To build the theoretical model of the public standard of mental quality, the research bases on the implicit concept Survey and literature analysis. Composed The public standards of mental quality scale with the methods of Variance Analysis, and Factor Analysis(Exploratory Factor Analysis an Confirmatory Factor Analysis).On the original research, observing the model and the attributes of development in the public standard of mental quality by self-made scale, it designed the training of mental quality based on the related researches domestic and overseas with the original interpretation, introspection and the observing and discerning of the intrinsic meaning of standards..The conclusions come as follows:(1) The Public Standard of Mental Quality is a 3-factors model including mental adaptation ability ,the mental adjustment ability and mental control ability. The essence of mental quality will be found out with the literature analysis, interview and the original interpretation while discerning the relationship of mentality and mental abilities.(2) The Public Standard of Mental Quality is a tool with fine validity and reliability . (3) The factors of the Public Standards of Mental Quality focus variously in the different developmental stage. People valued the mental adaptation ability in life-span.(4) There are no significant difference in gender and occupation on The Public Standard of Mental Quality(5)Discerning the relationship of mentality and mental abilities through the observing and discerning of the intrinsic meaning of standards,the literature analysis, interview and the original interpretation, we considered that the essence of The Public Standard of Mental Quality is mentality. Mentality is the balancing sophisticated state of consciousness.(6) The key way to enhance the mental quality is to at the standpoint of the actualization of mentality based on the complexity theory and the commune subconscious structure rooted in the traditional Chinese culture.
