The neologism , is refered to the words which designate new things,new phenomenon and new ideas since new period. Neologism is produced mainly in manners of expanding,aborbing,indraughting and creating. It plays the vital role to enriche and develop a nationality's language . Neologism has intense qualitative of times, through to the study of neologism, not only we can understand the language development and future of a nation, but also can understand how a national culture is , the history which exchanged with other nationalities. Therefore, the study of the neologism to a language, not only has meaning of linguistics but also have the meanings of anthropology and history.This topic carries on the discussion using the contrastive linguistics theory and the method to the neologism of Zhuang and Thai, discovers their similarities and differences, and makes the reasonable explanation to the similarities and differences. This article is divided into four chapters: First chapter, introduction; Second chapter, the comparison of ways of creating neologism between Zhuang and Thai; Third chapter, the analysis of the neologism differences between Zhuang and Thai; The fourth chapter, the influence neologism has to Zhuang and Thai.The article compares the different ways of creating neologism of Zhuang and Thai through using one's original roots to creat neologism,using one's original roots to extend meaning,direct borrowing foreign languages,using loan roots to creat neologism and imitation. Through comparison, we believe that there're two factors in differences between Zhuang and Thai: different language statue and contact through language oneself; different social system through culture background. At last, the article shows the influence neologism has to Zhuang and Thai.
