In recent years,the teaching of Chinese Neologism in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language(TCFL)has attracted extensive attention,and it has basically reached a consensus.This paper will investigate the actual acquisition of Chinese Neologism by international students to konw their ability to master and use Neologism.In view of this situation,this paper investigates the acquisition quantity?method and type of Neologism through interviews and questionnaires in different Chinese proficiency overseas students,and give some suggestions on the teaching Chinese Neologism of TCFL and the network definition of Neologism.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part analyzes the actual acquisition of Chinese Neologism by international students.In this part,the acquisition is mainly divided into the acquisition quantity,method and type of Neologism.The survey results show that,in the whole,overseas students' acquisition of Chinese Neologism is not much,and their ability to master and use Neologism is poor.The number of Chinese Neologism acquired by international students increases with the improvement of Chinese proficiency and learning time.The main ways for international students to acquire Neologism are the Internet,asking teachers and friends and looking up dictionaries and materials.The Internet has become to the main way for most international students to acquire Chinese Neologism.Foreign students' acquisition of the type of life Neologism is better than that of other Chinese Neologism.The second part analyzes the problems of foreign students in acquiring Chinese Chinese Neologism.Results show that,all students have certain demand to learn Neologism at present,however,international students through the main way to access Neologism can't well meet the their needs,the number of students' demand for Neologism and average are much higher than the number of acquization and average,at present,the number of acquization by students through teaching in calss,teaching books are very few,when through tnetwork to acquire Neologism,Neologism definition and present network environment problems are difficult for students to acquire Neologism.The third part is the conclusion and thinking part.Through the analysis of above several parts,the difference in number of Neologism acquization in addition to relatedto Chinese language level and learning time,the most influence is the acquization way,and the main way of acquire Neologism are TCFL and network,so,this part will give some advice in TCFL and Neologism network definitions,mainly in four aspects—the teaching books,teacher's teaching,Neologism meaning and network environment,considering selecting principles,proportion,meaning quality of Neologism and the network environment,to discusses how to better carry out TCFL and improve the current situation of network definition of Neologism.
