There are abundant forest resources in Northeast China. Before the Russo-Japanese War, Japan had access to engaging in the development of forest resources in the northeast. In the mean time, unexpectedly Japan sent the investigation of forest resources in Changbai mountain, we can see one of the aims is to plunder the forest resources. Japan did a lot of investigation on the forest and forestry, as one of the characteristics of Japanese plunder of forest resources in the northeast of China. Japan took advantage of the construction of railroads, the signing of treaties and colluded with Chinese officials and other means, looting a large number of forest resources. Southern Manchurian Railroad Company became the largest timber in need. As for the Northeast was occupied to a colony, Japan settled the possession of forestry center and the relevant rules to achieve the monopoly of forest resources. Two five-year plans and the wartime system, it is incandesced the plunder of northeast forest resources and forestry production. Manchu period, Northeast timber main supplied to the Japanese army,until Japan's defeat in 1945 withdrawal.This paper is divided into the following sections :Introduction: summarizes the main research content and direction, It briefed the foreign scholars on the subject of research and study conditions.Partâ… :records of the Qing blocked policy and begin to develop the forest resources.Partâ…¡is about the Northeast China's forest surveys by Japan.Partâ…¢is about exposition of forests in Northeast China by Japan.Part IV: It elaborates Northeast China's forest plundering in fluence by Japan.Part V: As extends, it elaborates changeable forestry and environment of Northeast China.Conclusion: this part summarizes the whole paper, and concludes the main ideas of the several parts above.
