After half of the 18th century to the beginning of this century, Europe had profound social changes. It put forward the slogans of the exaggeration of freedom, equality, fraternity during the French Revolution in 1789.The failure of revolution in Europe to disappoint the masses, reflected in the fields of literature and art have become dissatisfied with the reality and ideals of the Romantic school. In music field, in the early 19th century appeared romantic music. Classical and romantic are relative terms, stress the composers'personal subjectives. Romantic is a reactionary to the classical, seeking to imagine, searching, and break the shackles of conventional approaches. The vigorous development of the national liberation movement, the use of folk music for a gradual increase in creative works, musical works and ethnic nationality has become increasingly obvious. Music Genre has been developed, and various countries have yearned for comfort, a good living environment for the wishes. Nocturne is a unique genre in that period, it was created by Fieder -British composer, Chopin inherited this form, a great deal of development and innovation of this type.
