The second world created by unlimited figure and abundant imagines is more real than the first world we are living, can peep the depth of our life.With the need of market and development of technology and management, the animation has become a sort of culture industries with the combination of intensive funds, technology, knowledge and labors. The animation industry has extensive customers and huge need of market. The product of animation has a long life cycle and the high level of investment, the radio of income and internationalization.With the beginning of the represent work created from our culture such as Havoc in Heaven, the creator has being pay more attention in the study and research of the tradition art factors, looking for the aesthetic standard, molding style, art sign form the tradition drawing. We can safely say that our creators have done much work in the study of tradition culture and the development of culture resource. With the pressure of American and Japanese animation - represent powerful animation countries in the world - in the near half century, we can't find the suitable position more and more, and we also has abandoned our tradition, animation market and national culture idea, lost the must customers.In this paper, the two aspects - the inheritance and development of tradition culture and how to develop Chinese animation in the new century– have been researched. The world economy has a trend of integration in the 21 century, but the culture need national and personal style. In order to develop Chinese animation in the new century, we must regard the animation as a sort of culture industries, and walk the industry development road.
