On Tragical Consciousness In Guizi's Novels

In the chinese contemporary literature history ,Guizi is a novelist with his own unique characters. As a writer of the Mulam nationality in Guangxi province he experienced frustrated life circumstances, but he created a new literature world with his wisdom and special field of vision. There is a strong tragical consciousness in his works, with emotional and sorrowful style in literature. In this paper,the author is going to discover the tragical consciousness in guizi′s literary works in the following aspects: the forming of his tragical thought tendancy ; the connotation of his tragical themes; the special expressive ways of his tragical works.First, the thesis discusses why Guizi pays attention to the tragedy of life. His frustrated life experiences and the minority identity get him the intention to write life tragedy. It is more important that guizi′s suffering consciousness and his feelings of sympathy have composed the roots of his attention to life tragedy. Furthermore ,guizi have formed a centre subject of tragic by drawing from classica tragedy of China and Western country .The subject is to show solicitude for the existence predicament of the bottom people.Next, the thesis mainly combs the rich tragedy connotation contained in Guizi′s novels. Guizi writes his books according to his own understanding of the real meaning of life. His works reveal out the aridity and breakdown of the close feeling of family in a modern society developing with top speed . Guizi's novels expressed his question, weary and unwilling to this new era. On the other hand, the common people struggling in the bottom society is also a main object of his narration who are often drawn by self fundamental desires. Some bottom people fall into hysteria and dissimilation when they lost the basic requirement of life. From his works, we may understand some deeper kind of life and human nature implication from the scanning of the human dissimilation in modern society . Finally, the thesis discusses Guizi′s special way of saying life tragedy. His works embody defectiveness of bottom life by probing structure pattern which displayed the tragedy throughly and made the personage in novels entering fatalistic death .Guizi have built unique attention to life tragedy by a variety of death final depicting. the deep intention of Guizi′s works are not to criticize but to excavate those fantastics in our life .Guizi′s works display the true life which has being glossed over with his courage. This makes his works different from that whose actualism creation are popular in the nineties and reveal out some aspects of the cruel nature. Guizi′s literary works therefor gain distinctive significance and value to a certain extent.
