Research On The Resolve Way Of The Moral Dilemma Of Bioethics

The modern biomedical science and technology have brought more and more moraldilemma in human society, which make peoples not easy to do moral decision. The reason canbe list as follows: one is the influence of poly-culture that make peoples hardly to get the samemoral judgment. The other is the modern biomedical science and technology have broken somelaws of nature that result in some cases which transcend human traditional morality.Facing this trouble, moralists do their best to present new theories. These theories can bedivided into three thought way: the first way focusing on to open up new moral vision that iscalled theoretical model. The second way learning the thought way of engineering that is calledengineering model. The third way hoping to get an ethics consensus through discussion bydifferent moral agent that is called negotiating model.After analyzing these theories, I think the best excellent way is to achieve moral consensus.This way is hope to get the same valve judgment among different moral agent through negotiation.This way acknowledge the fact of existing of poly-culture. Meanwhile, it acknowledge thetendenc of ethical power become weak in modern society.To avoid the defect of consensus theory, I learn some thought ways form formalism ethics. I premise that certain moral principles are basis of moral consensus. These moral principlesincluding factual good and formal good. Factual good mainly about the problems come formmodem biomedical science and technology. Formal good mainly about the problems come formpoly-ethics that including permission and no-maleficence.After analyzing the basis principal of consensus, the latest problem is how to achieve theconsensus. I think the most important way is moral negotiation. Moral negotiation provide us aneffective way to resolve the moral dilemma.Besides, I think to open up new moral vision is as important as moral negotiation. The reasonis new moral vision can help us to rethink and change the moral consensus we have get.Of course, some new conditions may breach the consensus peoples have had, so we need toconstruct new consensus again and again.I believe this thesis will bring forth a new thought way to resolve moral dilemma of bioethics.
