This paper emphasizes to introduce and research Putnam' s thesis of the Entanglement of Fact and Value, by which to revise and solve Hume's distinguished "Is-Ought" Problem: "whether we could infer 'Ought' statement from 'Is' statement?" Nowadays, this problem becomes the focus of debate in moral philosophy. Putnam thinks that we always are faced with the situation that fact contains value loading, and value is based on the fact. Both of them are in a status of entanglement, while they cannot be separated absolutely. Putnam discloses logic relation between fact judgments and value judgments, and brings forward " 'Thick' ethical concepts" which cannot be decomposed simply as the sum of fact judgment element and value judgment element. It means that "Thick" ethical concept is not only the conjunction of fact judgment and value judgment. Thus he convincingly refutes and abolishes the popular Fact-Value Dichotomy in the 20th century. However, Putman' s argumentation has its weakness, because he has failed to answer and demonstrate Hume's "Is-Ought" Problem adequately. By the holistic point of view, this paper explains more Putman' s thesis of the Entanglement of Fact and Value, and puts forward "Thick" factual concept to supplement Putman' s "Thick" ethical concept. This paper aims to prove that value judgment can be inferred from "Thick" factual judgment, and factual judgment can be inferred from "Thick" ethical concept logically. In this way, the author refutes the Fact-Value dichotomy and the dichotomy of positive economics and normative economics, while at the same time the author decomposes Hume's ethic problem and gives different solutions to different problems. G. E. Moore together with logic empiricist inherits Hume's metaphysics dichotomy of "Is" and "Ought", and develops it to the culmination, turning the absolute dichotomy of fact and value into the third doctrine of empiricism that is rebelled by Putnam' s thesis of the Entanglement of Fact and Value.
